BIOGRAPHY

Matt was previously at KPMG’s Restructuring unit (becoming Interpath Advisory), before moving into Corporate Finance at an M&A boutique in the consumer sector. He then worked as a consultant for multiple tech start-ups and led client seed funding rounds before joining VSA. He graduated from University of Liverpool, studying Politics with Business Studies. He has also worked on deals across energy, and technology with clients such as Caffè Nero, Thomas Cook, Bluegreen Energy, and Betmate.
