Appointment of Andrew Raca as Head of Corporate Finance 

(UK Listings/Nomads and M&A).

As part of the continuing expansion of VSA Capital, Andrew Raca has joined VSA Capital as Joint Head of Corporate Finance (UK Listings/Nomads and M&A) to assist in the growth of the firm’s corporate client base in the natural resources and agricultural sectors.

Andrew has a broad range of Corporate Finance experience in the Main Market and AIM gained over 20 years.  He commenced his career at the investment bank, Barclays de Zoete Wedd.  Following three years in family owned businesses he joined Albert E Sharp Securities. He subsequently worked in senior roles at Arthur Andersen, Ernst & Young, Arden Partners, Libertas Capital and Blue Oar Securities where he became Head of Corporate Finance.  Following two years at Shore Capital, he has joined VSA Capital to assist in the growth of the firm.
