The Corporate Finance team at VSA recognise that in order to provide our clients with quality services, it is vital to understand their businesses. We pride ourselves on the advice and guidance we provide to our clients on an on-going basis. We develop strong working relationships with our clients and work closely with them, assisting them as they grow their business.
We have a dedicated and experienced team with an extensive track record in IPOs, secondary fundraisings, convertible structures and merger and acquisition activity. We act for corporate clients in the natural resources sector on the London Stock Exchange (both the Full List and AIM), the TSX and the ASX.
